Service Description

The All-Inclusive Coordinator Package is the perfect solution for couples who do not have the time or energy to plan their own wedding. This package includes a dedicated wedding coordinator who will work with you to create and execute the wedding of your dreams. Your coordinator will handle everything from vendors to budget to logistics, so you can relax and enjoy your special day. Service include, but are not limited to : • 6 hours maximum consultant’s services on the wedding day • 2 hours Video consultation • 1 hour Venue site walk-thru • Unlimited email and telephone communication for questions • One Wedding Planner, One Wedding Assistant, One Bridal Assistant • Creation of theme, colors, decor for wedding • Creation of a detailed timeline • Assist with potential venue search • Set-up hotel accommodations for out of town guests • Access to preferred vendors • Confirm and review all vendor contracts and services 2 weeks prior to wedding date "Day Of" Coordination: • Follow-up on all deliveries to ensure they are on time • Make sure all vendors supply, according to their contracted service • Ensure decorations and details are in place at the ceremony and reception sites • Coordinate the ceremony processional order, timing and spacing • Assist with the transfer of ceremony decoration of a reception site • Ensure events continue to flow according to pre-arranged itinerary • Supervision of all on- site vendors to ensure everything is provided according to contracts . • Assist with unexpected situations - vendor no show, missing items, etc. • Assistance with cake cutting arrangements for photo opportunities. • Supervision of clean - up and monitoring security of gifts • Dealing with the overall details so that the couple, family and friends can enjoy the special day Please be advised that this package is valid for a duration of six hours (6), between the hours of 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Any hours outside of this time frame will incur an additional charge of $125 per hour.
