All-Inclusive Coordinator Package Designed for couples who want a stress-free planning experience, our All-Inclusive Coordinator Package is the ideal solution for those with busy schedules or who simply want expert guidance from start to finish. With a dedicated coordinator by your side, every detail of your wedding or special event will be thoughtfully planned and flawlessly executed—so you can relax and enjoy the celebration. Package Includes: Planning & Preparation Full-day wedding or event coordination (3) hours of video consultation (1) hour venue walk-through (1) hour ceremony rehearsal Unlimited email and phone communication for questions and planning support One lead planner + one on-site assistant Development of event theme, color palette, and décor style Creation of a detailed event timeline Assistance with venue sourcing Coordination of hotel accommodations for out-of-town guests Access to our curated list of preferred vendors Review and confirmation of all vendor contracts/services (2 weeks prior to event) “Day-Of” Coordination Services: Confirm all deliveries and ensure timely arrival Ensure vendors deliver according to their contracts Set up and verify all décor at ceremony and reception sites Coordinate ceremony processional (order, timing, spacing) Assist with transferring décor from ceremony to reception (if applicable) Oversee the flow of events according to timeline Manage all on-site vendors and services Troubleshoot unexpected issues (e.g., vendor no-shows, missing items) Coordinate cake cutting and photo opportunities Supervise clean-up and monitor gift table/security Ensure the couple, family, and guests can enjoy the day without stress Timing & Overtime This package includes up to six (6) hours of service, scheduled between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Additional time outside this window will be billed at $125 per hour.
