During the final four weeks leading up to your wedding, we will take the responsibility of managing your wedding day and communicating with your vendors. This will ensure that everything goes as planned and that you haven't overlooked any important details. Are you seeking to finalize everything or aim to make everything happen as scheduled? 4 Weeks Prior to the Wedding: • Confirm and review all vendor contracts and services • Creation of a detailed timeline • Provision of wedding day checklists • 2 Hour Video Consultation Day-Of Services Up to (6) hours of on-site coordination Confirm all vendor deliveries and ensure timely arrival Ensure all vendors fulfill contracted services Oversee event setup and décor placement at the venue Coordinate event timeline and flow of activities Manage ceremony processional (for weddings) or scheduled program (for events) Assist with transferring décor between spaces, if applicable Supervise on-site vendors and troubleshoot any issues (e.g., missing items, vendor no-shows) Coordinate key moments such as speeches, cake cutting, or special performances Supervise clean-up and monitor gift/security tables Handle all the behind-the-scenes details so you and your guests can enjoy the day Please be advised that this package is valid for a duration of six hours (6), between the hours of 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Any hours outside of this time frame will incur an additional charge of $125 per hour.
