Service Description
Day-Of Coordination Package For Guest Counts Under 100 This service is ideal for clients who have planned their wedding or special event but want a trusted professional to manage the day itself. Whether you're hosting a wedding, milestone celebration, or upscale gathering, our Day-Of Coordination package ensures that your event runs smoothly—so you can relax and fully enjoy the moment. Our experienced Event Director will oversee the logistics, timeline, and vendor coordination, allowing you, your family, and your guests to be fully present and stress-free. Package Includes: Pre-Event Support (1) Hour complimentary consultation via Google Meet One lead Planner + one on-site Coordinator Day-Of Services Up to (6) hours of on-site coordination Confirm all vendor deliveries and ensure timely arrival Ensure all vendors fulfill contracted services Oversee event setup and décor placement at the venue Coordinate event timeline and flow of activities Manage ceremony processional (for weddings) or scheduled program (for events) Assist with transferring décor between spaces, if applicable Supervise on-site vendors and troubleshoot any issues (e.g., missing items, vendor no-shows) Coordinate key moments such as speeches, cake cutting, or special performances Supervise clean-up and monitor gift/security tables Handle all the behind-the-scenes details so you and your guests can enjoy the day Timing & Overtime This package includes up to six (6) hours of service, between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Additional hours are billed at $125 per hour.
Policy & Service Agreement
Thank you for booking your event with Blohm & Promise Events / The Silk Blohm Co.! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and policies regarding wedding planning, day-of coordination, and silk floral rentals. Payments & Retainer: A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. Full payment must follow the invoice schedule. Payments may be made via Wix Invoice, Zelle, or approved electronic methods. Credit cards may incur a processing fee. Services provided are limited to those listed on your approved invoice; additional services are billed separately. Coordinator Assignment: A Day-Of Coordinator will be assigned no later than 30 days prior to your event and will serve as the main contact for all event-related communication. Booking & Contract: Event dates are held for 7 days from invoice issue. Contracts and retainer payments must be submitted within this period to secure your date. All contracted services are final; additions may be added at an extra cost. Cancellations & Postponements: All payments are non-refundable. Cancellations within 6 months of the event require full payment. Postponements are subject to availability and a revised payment schedule. Liability & Client Responsibility: Vendor is only responsible for services directly provided. Clients are responsible for the proper care of any client-supplied décor, rentals, or materials and agree to indemnify Vendor for any related claims. Vendor is not liable for third-party vendors, venue staff, or guest actions. Setup & Overtime: Vendor staff will provide setup and coordination within agreed hours. Additional unscheduled services or overtime may incur extra fees. Safe working conditions and meals for staff must be provided during long events. Media & Documentation: Vendor may use photographs or videos from your event for marketing purposes. Planning documents, timelines, and proposals remain Vendor property and cannot be shared or reused without permission. Agreement Acceptance: By booking services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. This policy represents the complete understanding between the Client and Vendor and may be executed electronically.
