Policy & Service Agreement

By booking this service, you agree to the following terms for renting our silk floral arrangements: Care & Maintenance: Handle florals gently; avoid pulling, bending, or forceful adjustments. Indoor use only. Keep away from food, beverages, and floors unless on an approved base. No outdoor exposure. Centerpieces must be properly secured. Dust only with a dry cloth or feather duster; do not use water, sprays, or chemicals. Store in a cool, dry area, covered and out of sunlight. Client is responsible for damages from misuse or improper handling. Contracted Services:Only items/services on the approved invoice are included. Additional items/services are billed separately. Payments:Payments accepted via Wix Invoice, Zelle, or other approved electronic methods. Cash requires written approval. Credit cards may incur processing fees. Full payment must follow the invoice schedule. Pick-Up & Return:Pick-Up: Day before event, 5:00 PM unless arranged otherwise. Return: Day after event, 9:00 AM. Late returns may incur fees. Items are inspected upon return; client liable for damages.Setup & Breakdown:Vendor hours: 8:00 AM – 11:59 PM. After-hours service: $100 fee. Extra time billed $100/hr. Intellectual Property:All designs, documents, and materials remain Vendor property and may not be shared or reused without permission. Rental Terms:Review item descriptions and dimensions before rental. No resale, transfer, sublease, or alterations allowed. Client liable for loss, theft, or damage; Vendor may charge full repair/replacement cost. Photography & Videography:Vendor may capture and use photos/videos of rentals and event setups for marketing. Damage Policy:Items rented “as is.” Damage must be reported immediately. Vendor may invoice for repair/replacement within 30 days. Liability:Vendor responsible only for its own services/rentals; not liable for third-party vendors or guest actions. No consequential damages. Cancellation & Postponement:All payments are non-refundable. Cancellation within 1 month of the event requires full payment. Postponements subject to availability and revised payments. Force Majeure:Vendor not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond control (acts of God, emergencies, government orders). Overtime:Additional services billed at $130/hr with client approval. Legal & Attorney Fees:Prevailing party entitled to reasonable attorney fees if legal action is required. Client must provide safe conditions. Vendor may halt services if unsafe.
